Sosa outreach would like to provide local resources for the homeless that are in our local community. More often than not, homeless individuals suffer from addiction and or mental health issues. Even while being instated at a residential drug program they are listed as homeless. Leaving many graduates without a safe place to live once they complete their program. We will have resources that can connect homeless individuals to programs to assist with their specific needs. Like those suffering from addiction and mental issues can be directed to to Life stream of Leesburg. Also we have local faith based addiction treatments centers like House of Hope (where Pastor Pedro Sosa mentors and teaches), Christian Care Center Men’s Residence, Loving Hands Ministries of Dade City, and others like Teen Challenge of Florida. We will provide the resources to get the homeless into these facilities, from finances  and or transportation to get them there. We also desire to help the local community provide food, clothing and shelters for the homeless in our communities.
